INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Q. Do you ship worldwide? Yes! All prints ship worldwide. Please write out addresses in English since my shipping program often does not recognize foreign characters. Please also refer to COVID updates for countries I currently cannot ship to due to the pandemic.

Q. Does shipping come with tracking? All shipping options other than sticker only shipping is tracked. Stickers go through stamped lettermail and are not tracked; however, you can choose parcel shipping option for stickers in order to get tracking.

Q. How is shipping calculated? Shipping for all packages under 8 oz is $13.50USD (~6 mini prints or 3 small prints), and all packages over 8oz is $22.50. Medium prints are automatically in the >8oz weight class due to the amount of stiffeners needed to mail them safely. All sticker only orders under 1oz go through stamped lettermail and cost $1.50.

Q. Why is shipping so expensive? Can you make it cheaper? Sorry! All shipping costs are directly what USPS charges for international shipping and do not even include packing materials, so I really can’t go any cheaper.

Q. How long does international shipping take? International shipping typically takes 2 weeks, but can take up to 4-6 weeks in case of delay. Sticker only orders are shipped through lettermail and will take 2-3 weeks to 5-7 weeks to deliver. Please see COVID shipping updates about recent delays in international order delivery.

Q. What currency is the store listed in? USD

Q. Are VAT and taxes included in the total? No, customers are responsible for all VAT and taxes levied by your country for imports.

Q. Why is the sticker only shipping $1,000,000? If the sticker only shipping displays 1 million dollars, it’s because you have non qualifying items in your cart, such as prints, or you have too many stickers to fit into one envelope without bumping shipping to parcel post. Please remove all non-sticker items, and the sticker only shipping will update accordingly. If there are too many stickers, please split order into multiple orders to take advantage of sticker shipping prices.

Q: I only have stickers in my cart, but I can’t get the $1.50 sticker only shipping to apply! Each envelope is limited to about 19 stickers. Anything above that makes the envelope way too thick for me to send through lettermail, and I have to pay parcel rates. Simply place two separate orders if you want multiple sticker packs.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Q. How is shipping calculated? Shipping for packages under 8 oz starts at $3.50 (~6 mini prints or 3 small prints), and all packages over 8oz go up in price in increments of 4oz. Priority shipping is a flat rate of $8 for packages 1lb and under and $11 for packages over 1lb. All sticker only orders under 1 oz go through lettermail and will take about a week to arrive.

Q. If I choose priority shipping, will my order be processed faster? No, priority shipping only affects shipping speed after your order is packaged and shipped off.

PROCESSING TIME

Q. How long is processing time? The current processing time is listed in shop banner and at checkout before your order can be placed. All orders typically process within the short end of the processing time, but during sales and times when I do have deadlines coming up, processing time typically takes the full amount of days. Please remember we are just a one person and cat team carefully hand packing orders, and your orders might take some time during a sale.

Q. It’s been ___ days since I’ve ordered. Where is my order? Orders will take at least the amount of days stated in processing time + days USPS actually takes to ship. Please remember current processing time is stated in business days, which is Monday through Friday. Once your order is shipped, you will get a notification with tracking. If you have no received an order confirmation or tracking number even though your order has shipped through a trackable method, please contact me.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q. Do you take returns? If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email me at 0073.uv@gmail.com, and I will try my best to work out a solution. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Q. I made a mistake in my shipping address! Please email me, and I can manually adjust your order.

Q. Can i combine orders/add an item to my existing order? Yes, if your order hasn’t been shipped yet! Please email me with your order number(s), and I will refund any shipping overages.

Q. Where is my order? Please check your email for tracking notification! If tracking is not updating or package is misdelivered, please email me, and I will work with you to try and figure out a solution. Please understand that packages are out of my control once they are in USPS hands, and I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Therefore, all shipping charges are strictly nonrefundable.

Q. I got the wrong order! Please email me at 0073.uv@gmail.com with photographs, and I will remedy the situation ASAP.

Q: My order was damaged in transport! Please email me and I will make it right!

Q. Why are my prints not holo? Only prints marked HOLO in dropdown option are holo as stated in description!

Q. Help! I can’t get my holo to show up on my holo prints! The holo coating on light colored prints do not show up well in daylight. The holo coating shows up better under direct artificial lighting.


Q Are discount codes automatically applied? No, discount codes have to be entered at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Q. Where do I put coupon code? Coupon codes have to be entered at checkout.

Q. Are there exclusions to coupon codes? Sales generally apply only to prints unless stated otherwise.

Q. Where can I hear about sales? All sales are announced in my Instagram stories and saved to the shop highlight with a timer countdown to help with any time zone confusions. Restocks and sales are often announced in a dedicated post. You can also subscribe to my mailing list to receive alerts for sales.

Q. Can Patreon discount codes be combined with sales? If the sale is an automatic discount, Patreon codes can be applied on top; however, if the sale requires a code, Squarespace does not allow the stacking of two codes.

OTHER

Q. Why are my prints not holo? Only prints marked HOLO in dropdown option are holo as stated in description!

Q. Help! I can’t get my holo to show up on my holo prints! The holo coating on light colored prints do not show up well in daylight. The holo coating shows up better under direct artificial lighting.

Q. What is the difference between the different paper finishes?

  • HOLO finish prints have a glossy coating applied over top with holographic shards.

  • MATTE prints are printed on uncoated cardstock and have a matte finish

  • SHIMMER prints are printed on a pearl luster paper that gives prints an almost metallic look

  • COLD PRESS prints use a paper that mimics the ridged texture of cold press watercolor paper

    GOLD FOIL prints have foil accents applied on top of a luster coated paper. Due to the nature of gold foil printing, there is naturally going to be a very tiny bit of offset in some prints between the gold foil and white paper underneath.
